Each year one location is selected for this prestigious honor based on outstanding achievement, including meeting key performance and other metrics. Every employee receives a monetary award. In 2014, our Carol Stream, IL, facility won the award for their safety record.

Employees can nominate a colleague for an action that brings our values to life. Recipients receive a certificate and premium parking for a period of time. They also have the opportunity to win additional prizes.

We thank our employees for their service to the company on their first anniversary and then in five-year increments. Recipients receive a gift of their choice from a wide selection of options.

  • Health Benefits – Peacock offers competitive choices for health care coverage, including a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) medical plan that provides In-Network and Out-of-Network Care and wellness tests and screenings.
